Copying PIR Information in the Rollover Utility

Choose Yes if you want ChildPlus to automatically copy the PIR data from the participant's record that you are rolling over and apply the answers to their new participation record. Choosing Yes means that ChildPlus will copy all of the answers from the At End of EnrollmentThe status of each enrollee at the end of his or her enrollment in the program.  Include the status of those who left the program during the enrollment year. fields in the participant's current record into both the At EnrollmentThe status of the individual enrollee at the time of his or her enrollment (i.e. include the status of children who were enrolled during the enrollment year). and At End of Enrollment fields of their new participation record. If you choose Yes, ChildPlus will also copy data for the for single answer PIR fields on the PIR screen (available through Services > PIR) to the PIR screen of the new participation record as well.
